Acceptance of Terms of Use

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. fm200 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the fm200 support team immediately.
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. fm200 does not permit use of its services by minors. Access is also restricted to users in jurisdictions where online betting is legally permitted.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation, or any related unlawful conduct. The use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to exploit the fm200 system is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the fm200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods listed and approved by the platform. fm200 does not accept unauthorised payment methods or transactions through unrecognised third parties.
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to processing and verification. fm200 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on the chosen method. All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks prior to approval.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements and expiry periods stated. Welcome bonuses and other promotions cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified conditions are met. fm200 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Fm200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms stated in this document. This includes but is not limited to: identity fraud, multiple account usage, system manipulation, exploitation of technical errors, or use of illegally obtained funds.
If your account is suspended due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation. In confirmed cases of fraud, fm200 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Fm200's liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within the thirty days preceding any claim. fm200 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or other intangible damages arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the fm200 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, brand names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of fm200. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from fm200.

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia, unless an alternative dispute resolution agreement has been mutually agreed upon.
